Volunteers needed to help with a clean-up and recovery effort on the North Saluda River below the agricultural demonstration site near Marietta.
We will have a paddle crew and are in need of ground crews. We will meet in the parking lot at the Spinx/Burger King at the Hwy 276/288 intersection at 10 a.m.
Dress warmly and bring shoes you don't mind getting muddy.

Directions: Traveling north on Hwy 276 (Geer Highway) north of Travelers Rest towards Marietta, the site is on the right just before the bridge over the river. See map and photo below. Look for the Save Our Saluda sign and the red painted curb cut (there's not a road here). Park in the small field lot near the road, then walk through the gate and down to the site.
