ü Become a certified stream monitor and adopt a stream through the South Carolina Adopt-A-Stream program.
ü Plant native trees on your land or volunteer with Trees Upstate to plant trees.
ü Stabilize eroding driveways and ditches.
ü Participate in or organize a litter pick-up. Check out Greenville County’s Litter Ends Here and Pick Up Pickens programs.
ü Scoop the poop! Pet waste can be a significant source of bacteria to urban waterways.
